Window & Door Surveyor / Service Engineer
Permanent | Full-time or Part-time | £40,000+ per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Window & Door Surveyor with a strong background in both surveying and service work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, family-run business with a great reputation in the industry.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

* Surveying all types of double-glazed windows and doors, including casement, tilt & turn, composite doors, aluminium sliding doors, and bi-fold doors.

* Carrying out service calls and repairs on UPVC and aluminium products.

* Replacing locking mechanisms, hinges, handles, and misted glass units.

* Realigning dropped doors/windows and fitting trickle vents & safety restrictors.

* Producing accurate reports on required parts and ensuring quality workmanship.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in surveying windows & doors.

* Strong knowledge of fabrication/installation in UPVC & aluminium.

* Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

* Relevant surveying qualifications (essential).

* Driving licence (preferred).
