2 x Project Managers – (Finishing Bias)

We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to join a leading construction specialist delivering high-quality finishing works across Rail, Aviation and Commercial projects.

The Role

* Oversee and manage multiple projects from start to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

* Take responsibility for health, safety, and compliance on all sites.

* Report on progress, programme, and cost control to senior management.

Requirements

* Proven track record as a Project Manager within construction.

* Background in tiling or other finishing trades is highly desirable, though experienced PMs from other finishing disciplines will be considered.

* Based in London with flexibility to travel to project sites as required.

* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

* Rail or Aviation project experience is advantageous.
