Role Overview:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing site-based electrical installations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. You'll be responsible for coordinating labour, liaising with project managers, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical installations

Ensure projects are delivered safely, to specification, and within deadlines

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Read and interpret drawings and technical documents

Carry out quality checks and enforce health & safety standards

Support the development and mentoring of site electricians and apprentices

Requirements:

Time-served electrician with relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / JIB Gold Card)

Proven experience supervising electrical installations on site

Background working on commercial, industrial, or healthcare/pharma projects

Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and health & safety practices

Excellent communication and leadership skills

SSSTS or SMSTS and ECS/CSCS card preferred
