Electrical Working Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor for a high-end CAT A office fit-out project in Cambridge.

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on supervisory role, overseeing a team of 14 electricians on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring works are completed to spec, on time, and in line with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support electricians on-site

* Liaise with site management and other trades

* Ensure quality control of all electrical installations

* Read and interpret drawings and schematics

* Monitor progress and report daily/weekly updates

* Assist with hands-on electrical work as needed

Requirements:

* Valid ECS Gold Card (SSSTS or SMSTS desirable)

* Proven experience in a similar supervisory role

* Strong knowledge of CAT A fit-out standards

* Ability to lead teams and manage workloads effectively

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
