Digital Delivery / BIM Information Manager – Data Centres
We are seeking an experienced BIM Information Manager / Digital Delivery Manager to support high-profile projects across data centres, commercial refurbishments, and major infrastructure schemes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grounding in BIM standards (ISO 19650), information management, and model coordination who is looking to take ownership of digital project delivery.
The Role:
Act as Information Manager and/or BIM Manager on large-scale projects.
Develop and maintain BIM documentation (EIRs, BEPs, AIS, CDE procedures).
Manage Common Data Environments (ACC, GliderBIM) and ensure information delivery compliance.
Lead federated model coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution.
Automate workflows and reporting processes using Power Automate and Power BI.
Conduct model validation, auditing, and data quality checks.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams and clients, ensuring alignment with project standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and digital delivery workflows.
Skilled in model validation, QA, clash detection, and issue tracking.
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, BIMCollab, GliderBIM.
Proficiency in automation and reporting (Power Automate, Power BI).
Previous experience on data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects highly desirable.
Confident in stakeholder coordination and digital handover requirements.
Background in Architecture, MEP, or related fields.
