This is a great opportunity to join an established architectural practice who work on a wide range of projects across the West Midlands. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to work on a range of residential projects for their Birmingham team.

Team incentivesDaily Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Produce drawing packages using AutoCAD independently
Manage residential projects from inception through to completion
Submit planning and building regulation applications
collaborate alongside consultants, contractors, and clients
manage workload efficiently and independently
carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achievedRequirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
CIAT Registered or working towards membership would be advantageous
Good relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist would be desirable
Background managing projects within the residential sector
Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience
Strong technical and design skills
Ability to work well independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
