We are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer, covering sites across North London. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to a variety of contracted customer sites, including PFI Schools, PFI Hospitals, Government Estates, and MOD facilities.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work with cutting-edge Building Management Systems and provide expert technical solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation, configuration, and commissioning of BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems.

* Carrying out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium, and Distech BMS systems across multiple sites.

* Participating in a reactive call-out rota (additional financial benefit for on-call availability and attendance).

* Providing specialist technical support and assistance to clients regarding their BMS systems.

* Identifying opportunities for improvements and remedial works to enhance BMS performance.

* Preparing proposals and quotations for additional works as required.

Requirements:

* Proven experience working with Trend or Tridium BMS systems (essential).

* Full UK driving licence (essential).

* Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills.

* Good communication and client-facing skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

* Valid Basic DBS Certificate
