Facade Manager

Our client, who are a leading residential developer, are looking to recruit an experienced Façade Manager for their development in North London. The position consists of multiple RC frame blocks, with the external façade packages consisting of scaffolding, brickwork, bolt on balconies, GRC stone and windows.

Day to day duties will be to chair and attend progress meetings with specialist contractors and to update senior management with progress reports. Also to ensure the façade programme runs to speed and programme and that H&S is always adhered to.

The selected candidate will have a proven track record as a Façade Manager, working on large scale residential developments, working directly for a main contractor or developer.
