Site Manager – Commercial Refurbishment
Location: Shepherds Bush, London
Start Date: September
Duration: 18 weeks

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead a fast-track commercial refurbishment project in Shepherds Bush. The scheme involves both internal and external works and requires a manager with strong organisational and leadership skills to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered on time and to specification

*

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics on a live site

*

Coordinate internal and external refurbishment works across multiple trades

*

Ensure strict adherence to health and safety requirements

*

Monitor quality standards and manage snagging through to completion

*

Report progress and issues to the Project Manager and client team

Requirements:

*

Previous experience managing commercial refurbishment projects

*

Strong knowledge of internal and external construction packages

*

Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)

This role is site-based, commencing in September, and will run for an 18-week programme.
