Providing SHE advice and guidance to operational teams and subcontractors

Delivering training, inductions, and workshops to raise safety awareness

Promoting a proactive safety culture and encouraging staff engagement across sites

What you will need to succeed:

Previous experience in a SHE Manager or Senior Advisor role within construction or fit-out

NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)

Strong working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation in the UK

Proven ability to manage SHE responsibilities across multiple live sites

Practical, hands-on approach with strong communication and influencing skills

Experience with ISO standards (14001, 45001) beneficial but not essential

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to sites

What you get in return:

You'll be joining a contractor that values its people and promotes a supportive, collaborative culture. In return for your contribution, you'll receive:

Salary of £60,000 – £70,000 DOE

Company car/allowance, pension, and private healthcare package

Regular exposure to varied and challenging projects across the region

Opportunities for further professional development and training

A role where you'll have visibility on-site and make a real difference to safety performance

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive SHE professional who enjoys being out on site and working closely with operational teams to ensure safety standards are consistently met.
