The Opportunity
We're seeking a hands-on Supervisor with solid trade credentials to lead Kitchens & Bathrooms installations alongside comprehensive refurbishment projects. This role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership, people management, and client engagement across multiple dynamic sites.
What You'll Do
* Direct multi-site operations with unwavering focus on health, safety, and quality standards
* Conduct comprehensive scaffold inspections and ensure full regulatory compliance
* Motivate and develop high-performing trade teams across K&B and refurbishment projects
* Execute thorough pre-start assessments, work area preparation, and completion inspections
* Facilitate engaging toolbox talks, safety briefings, and dynamic risk assessments
* Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams and trusted subcontractors
* Cultivate positive partnerships with clients, residents, and stakeholders
* Maintain clear communication channels with the Contracts Manager
* Track and report progress against key performance indicators
What We're Looking For
* Full UK Manual Driving License
* Valid CSCS card
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification
* Extensive Kitchens & Bathrooms refurbishment experience
* Proven track record supervising multi-trade teams across multiple locations
* Strong trade background (highly valued)
