Commercial Manager

BMSL Group are recruiting for a Commercial Manager with a Facades / Cladding project background.

This is a permanent job role with an established national contractor.

• My client are a Façade-Led Main Contractor, delivering high-quality construction projects ranging from £1 million to £20 million across the UK

• My client are a strong investor in their staff and have a low staff turnover.

• The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation.

The Role – Commercial Manager

My client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of a Commercial Manager, with a strong understanding of the external envelope.

You will be responsible for:
• Monitoring and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Participating in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.
• Preparing and present financial reports
• Strong background in facade / external envelope
• Mentoring the commercial team and championing growth within.

Salary / Package is negotiable
