Are you an Asbestos Surveyor looking for your next step? Our client, a respected UKAS-accredited consultancy, is expanding their team in the North Midlands and are seeking a BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their team.
This role is focused on commercial and industrial contracts only, giving you the chance to work on a wide variety of projects across the region – no two days will be the same.
Day-to-day responsibilities of an Asbestos Surveyor will include:

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties
*
Collecting bulk samples and recording accurate site data using TEAMS software
*
Preparing clear, professional survey and monitoring reports for clients
*
Ensuring all work is completed to asbestos regulations and company standards
*
Building strong client relationships on site and representing the business professionally
*
Travelling to a variety of sites across the North West and North Midlands, with paid travel time included
The successful Asbestos Surveyor will have:

BOHS P402/RSPH3 (dual-trained Surveyor/Analysts are a big advantage)
*
At least 12 months’ hands-on experience in asbestos surveying surveying
*
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region
*
Good communication skills and an eye for detail
