Project Manager Construction

We can offer to a proven main contractor’s Project Manager the role of cradle to grave Project Lead on a £30m luxury care home in Highgate.
The successful candidate will be joining the Islington office of a successful Cavan, Republic of Ireland headquartered main contractor with a market-leading reputation for delivering major projects across the healthcare, education, commercial and residential sectors with a pipeline of further prestigious schemes focused within the M25.

Candidate Essentials
* B Eng, BSc Constn Mgt or carpentry and NVQ 6 qualified.
* A portfolio of start to finish delivery of £20m+ RC frame residential-led developments.
* 100% commitment to successful project delivery.
* Based within one hour’s commute of King’s Cross.
With interviews available from w/c 1st September, salary is a very competitive £90k – £110k + package
