The Project Manager will oversee a range of projects across the commercial, office fit-out, and mixed-use sectors. The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, procurement, programme delivery, and cost management, while ensuring a high standard of service delivery to clients. You'll liaise closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure smooth project progression.

The Project Manager will lead multiple projects across various sectors, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

The Project Manager

Degree in Construction Management or similar

Working towards MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM (preferred)

Previous consultancy or client-side project management experience

Confident leading meetings and managing stakeholder relationships

Good understanding of JCT contracts
