CDM Principal Designer

An established CDM specialist consultancy with a strong reputation in Hertfordshire is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to support a growing client base. They deliver across diverse sectors, local to Hertfordshire and the home counties, which will allow you to enjoy a great work-life balance.

You will work with more senior Principal Designers as you develop yourself within Design Risk Management and continue your professional development in a supportive environment.

The CDM Principal Designer's role

The appointed CDM Principal Designer will:

Fulfil duties as Principal Designer under CDM 2015
Engage with design teams and conduct design risk reviews
Review pre-construction information
Deliver H&S advice and documentation
Conduct site visits and auditsThe CDM Principal Designer

Minimum 2 years' CDM experience (essential)
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
Good knowledge of CDM Regulations
TechIOSH or working towards (preferred)
Confident communicator with a proactive approachIn Return?

Up to £50,000 base salary
