Quantity Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with a European presence is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Head of Cost Management in Northampton.

The Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a multi-functional team where you will primarily be working on commercial (industrial and logistic) projects across the UK, whilst also supporting on major data centre projects in the UK and Europe.

On the smaller schemes, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall manage the day to day, whilst also supporting the leadership QS team on the high valued, more complex data centre projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

* BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying

* MRICS or working towards

* 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience

* Data centre project experience would be a plus

* Solid pre and post contract knowledge

* Experience of running your own projects
