About the Role

As Project Manager, you will lead and oversee commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from initiation through to completion. You’ll coordinate teams, schedules, budgets, and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery to high standards while maintaining collaborative, positive relationships with clients, designers, and partners. This role is your chance to be at the heart of bespoke projects and play a pivotal role in creating inspiring spaces.

Requirements

Proven experience managing commercial interior fit-out, refurbishment, or design-and-build projects—ideally within workplace, leisure, education, or residential sectors.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and health & safety management.

Credible leadership and communication abilities—capable of building trust with clients, design teams, contractors, and partners.

A proactive and positive mindset—focused on quality, integrity, relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
