About the Role

In the role of Estimator, you will be instrumental in preparing detailed cost assessments and tender submissions for commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment projects—up to £2 million in value. Your expertise will guide project feasibility, support client bids, and help ensure accuracy in cost planning across trades. Working closely with project managers, procurement specialists, and commercial teams, you’ll help maintain the company’s reputation for delivering outstanding results on time and within budget.

Requirements

Proven experience in estimating commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or similar construction projects—preferably within the realms of commercial interiors.

Strong technical skills in cost planning, tender preparation, and knowledge of construction trade packages.

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in working with bills of quantities and specification documents.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with project teams, suppliers, and clients.

A forward-thinking mindset with commitment to sustainability practices in line with ISO 14001 principles.
