About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll drive commercial growth by expanding the client base and nurturing opportunities across target sectors. You will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.

Work closely with estimating, design, and project teams to shape compelling proposals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
This role offers the flexibility to work fully remotely, with occasional travel required to the office—perfect for balancing autonomy with in-person collaboration. A full driving license is essential.

Requirements

Strong experience in B2B business development—ideally within commercial interiors, office fit-outs, or related built-environment sectors.

Proven track record of generating revenue and achieving growth targets.

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Self-starter with the ability to manage a full sales cycle remotely and liaise across teams.

Must hold a full driving license, with access to transport for occasional office visits
