They are seeking a Revit MEP Technician / BIM Coordinator – Building Services to work on commercial/industrial sectors. You must come from a building services background and have experience on MEP projects.

Experience generating revit models from engineers outputs (sketches / hevacomp / cymap / DIALux / Relux etc etc).

You will be responsible for:

Inception – completion of projects using Revit
Working on commercial building services projects in particular Healthcare, High-End Residential and Education
Develop 3D M&El models and produce necessary drawings using Revit
Working to deadlines whilst producing the highest quality of work
Manage clash reporting and clash resolution between disciplines.
Attending design team meetings and project BIM meetings with clients if requiredPlease email cv to apply
