Site Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a main contractor on a new manufacturing, storage, and production facility in Longbridge. You will have responsibility across all packages. This is an urgent requirement starting on site tomorrow (27th August).

The role:

* Overseeing day-to-day site activities across multiple packages

* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards

* Maintaining H&S compliance on site

* Liaising with the project team, client, and consultants

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale new build or industrial/commercial schemes

* Main contractor background

* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
