Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge in residential construction? We're recruiting for a proactive and driven Site Manager to oversee operations on an ongoing housing development in Oxfordshire.

🔨 The Role:

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, and liaise with clients and senior management.

🧱 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Manage subcontractors and direct labour
Monitor progress against programme and report updates
Ensure quality control and snagging is completed to a high standard
Maintain site records and documentation
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve issues on site
