🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the estimating team in preparing accurate and competitive tenders
Assisting with quantity take-offs and cost analysis
Learning to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Collaborating with project managers and site teams to understand project requirements
Maintaining and updating cost databases and spreadsheets

🎯 What We're Looking For:

Strong Excel skills – confident with formulas, data manipulation, and spreadsheets
A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work
A genuine desire to listen, learn, and grow within the role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Previous experience in construction or estimating is a bonus, but not essential
