A well-established design and manufacturing company is seeking a proactive HSQE Manager to lead its health, safety, quality, environmental and facilities agenda across a dynamic and fast-paced operation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a cohesive HSQE framework across operations.

* Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and site inspections.

* Maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.

* Investigate incidents, manage reporting, and oversee corrective actions.

* Deliver training and inductions to embed a proactive safety culture.

* Mentor and manage a small HSQE team.

* Oversee compliance documentation and improvement initiatives.

* Support the company’s environmental and CSR commitments.

Candidate Profile:

* HSQE leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering.

* NEBOSH General qualified

* Knowledge of ISO systems and regulatory compliance.

* Strong communicator and influencer.

* Detail-oriented and passionate about continuous improvement.

* Nice to have CDM Regulations knowledge
