Quantity surveyor required minium 5 years experience medium sized commercial Brickwork company based in North London Whetstone N20 parking available tube station close by

. All commercial & residential Brickwork facade & groundworks .( Works entail) carrying out take offs & producing detailed bill of Quants / measure , remeasure works carried out on site . /Monitor costs to ensure works and within budgets /. Prepare valuation for interim application for payment including variations./ document control /. Pricing variation orders & charging the client accordingly / Materials co ordination for live projects /. Negotiating costs & prices / . Attending site meetings . PAYE or Ltd company self employed will be considered

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm based in. Head office Whetstone N20 parking available £70 to £80K negotiable depending on experience . Cv doc in word format
