What you’ll be doing:
Carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with H&S regulations and internal procedures
Provide guidance and support on RAMS
Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, producing clear reports with corrective actions
Keep accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activities
Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain a safe site culture
Support updates to H&S documentation, policies, and procedures
Assist with maintaining company accreditations and certification compliance
Ideal background:
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
Safety experience within Fitout, Refurbishment or Building Services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
