Quantity Surveyor – Cambridge – Environmental Agency (EA) / Heavy Civils
We are looking for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving civils team delivering EA projects in Cambridge. This is an ideal opportunity for a QS with experience in environmental or heavy civil engineering works.
The Role:

Managing cost control and commercial reporting on civils projects with the EA.

Involvement in pricing, valuations, subcontractor management, and forecasting.
*
Supporting the team through pre- and post-contract phases with a strong NEC knowledge base.
Requirements:

Background in civil engineering, ideally with environmental or EA experience.
*
Proficiency with NEC forms of contract.
*
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
