A full, clean driving licence (travel to multiple sites is required)
Role Summary
The Clerk of Works will be responsible for inspecting workmanship, quality, and safety on projects, reporting to surveyors, aftercare teams, and clients. Projects are varied, offering opportunities to make a positive impact on local communities.
Key responsibilities include:

Attending initial and recurring project meetings to fully understand specifications and requirements
*
Conducting regular site inspections to ensure works meet drawings and specifications
*
Producing and distributing inspection, progress, and quality reports
*
Taking and providing progress photographs
*
Attending site meetings and giving verbal updates
*
Preparing snagging and de-snagging sheets
*
Assisting in handover procedures
