Role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a leading residential developer. This freelance site manager will be working on a major residential development in Walthamstow. The project consists of 583 new homes, and we are looking for someone to take the site from 1st fix stage onwards.

Responsibilities

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations from 1st fix through to completion

* Managing subcontractors and trades on-site

* Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Liaising with project managers and client representatives

* Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and quality standards

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential projects

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified

* Strong organisational and leadership skills

* Able to hit the ground running from Monday
