Senior Design Engineer

Remote or work from Office.

Salary to £75,000 and benefits package

We are looking for a skilled Design engineer in Civil construction to join an exciting business working on major infrastructure projects. The right person(s) will have detailed knowledge of design engineering across civil and structural builds including; foundations, earthworks, concrete, steel and buildings projects.

The senior engineer will be able to lead on design projects themselves, and also to oversee junior engineers. The projects could range from a small foundation extention worth 50K, to over £10 million in value. This role is part of a Group and the attraction is being part of an excellent team which will lead to future management opportunities.

Skills required include;

* Technical (Civils) design expertise in infrastructure

* Design Project management and ability to mentor and encourage people

* Ideally educated to degree level in Engineering and member of relevant professional body eg ICE.

* Chartership or wanting to work towards CEng.

* A self-starter, with resilience, energy and enthusiasm
