The Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery meets both financial and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage electrical packages on multiple CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Lead planning, procurement, and delivery of electrical works.

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure smooth project progress.

Monitor and control project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

*

Coordinate design, procurement, and installation phases to ensure seamless project execution.

*

Manage and mentor site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

*

Attend regular project meetings to provide progress updates and resolve issues proactively.

*

Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and industry standards.

Candidate Requirements

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the commercial fit-out sector.

*

Strong background in MEP projects, ideally with CAT A and CAT B delivery experience.

*

Demonstrable understanding of financial management including cost control and forecasting.

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*

Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND, or degree in Electrical Engineering or similar).
