We are currently representing a leading luxury interiors specialist with over 25 years of experience delivering bespoke turnkey solutions across retail, hospitality, and high-end residential sectors. From our 12,000 sq ft London facility, we provide in-house design, CNC joinery, bespoke manufacturing, spray finishing, and specialist metalwork. Our portfolio includes collaborations with world-renowned luxury brands and prestigious London destinations. They are recognised for exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and seamless project delivery from concept through to completion.
The Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-profile luxury retail fit-out project in Knightsbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the on-site delivery of a flagship project, working with a skilled team and contributing to the creation of a world-class retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades, and in-house teams across joinery, finishes, and M&E.
*
Maintain excellent site organisation, including logistics, deliveries, and access in a restricted central London environment.
*
Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards, carrying out regular inspections and enforcing best practice.
*
Monitor progress against programme, managing risks and implementing solutions to avoid delays.
*
Prepare and maintain site documentation including RAMS, QA/QC records, site diaries, and handover reports.
*
Liaise effectively with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
*
Deliver a snag-free, high-specification project that exceeds client expectations.
About You
*
Experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in luxury retail fit-out, interiors, or high-end residential projects.
*
Strong technical knowledge of fit-out processes, bespoke joinery, and high-spec finishes.
*
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
*
Confident in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
*
SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS (black/gold preferred) are essential.
*
First Aid certification desirable.
*
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and deliver in fast-track environments.
*
Client-facing, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
