Site Engineer

BCS connect are working with a client who are looking for an Experienced Site Engineer for a major civil and groundworks project in Newport.

Site Engineer – Newport
📍 Location: Newport
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
📅 Contract: Long-term (12 Months)

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
Valid CSCS card and SSSTS certification.
Extensive experience as a Site Engineer within Groundworks and Civils.

Proven skills in:
Setting Out & Surveying
As-Built Drawings
Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:
Perform setting out and levelling for site works.
Monitor and manage quality control, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Prepare and maintain as-built documentation and site records.
Conduct surveying duties to support site progress.
Liaise with project management and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.
Assist in planning and coordinating site activities to meet deadlines.
