Site Manager – Refurb- Freelance

Currently partnered with a key client who need a Site Manager to lead on a refurb project in the Edinburgh region.

This is an opportunity to work with a respected contractor on a fast-paced scheme, with the potential for ongoing work from a strong pipeline of projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate all trades

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Monitor progress, manage timelines, and produce regular reports

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Maintain quality standards and manage snagging through to completion

Requirements:

Proven experience managing fit-out or refurbishment projects

Experience on a Industrial project previously
Valid CSCS (Black or Gold), SMSTS, and First Aid certifications

Strong organisational, leadership, and client-facing skills
