My client is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering projects across a wide range of sectors. With a team of around 25 talented professionals, they pride themselves on offering a collaborative environment where no one is pigeonholed into a single sector or project type. They are now seeking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor—either a highly capable Assistant ready to step up, or an Intermediate QS looking for a new challenge.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be based in a friendly, fast-paced office, working across the following sectors:

The role will involve acting as Project QS on smaller schemes (typically under £1m) while also assisting Senior QSs and Directors on larger projects. Responsibilities include take-offs, valuations, and producing estimates for schemes ranging from £250k to £500m in value.

Salary and Package

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 p.a.

Discretionary annual bonus
