They are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and lead the delivery of multiple high-profile projects across both public and private sectors.

About The Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

Leading project delivery across multiple sectors, managing scope, programme, cost, and risk.

Acting as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships.

*

Providing leadership and direction to project teams, including consultants and contractors.

*

Preparing and presenting project programmes, reports, and updates to clients and stakeholders.

*

Managing procurement processes, including tender documentation and contract negotiations.

*

Overseeing contract administration and ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.

*

Leading risk management, change management, and reporting procedures.

*

Contributing to business development through client care and supporting bid submissions.

*

Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to their professional growth.

About the Requirements

*

Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying).

*

Professionally chartered (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent) or working towards.

*

7+ years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management environment.

*

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from inception to completion.

*

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes.

*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

*

Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*

Commercially aware with strong reporting and financial management skills.
