Project Manager Construction
Responsible for all project management activities and oversight of delivery
portfolio for all installations across the UK & Channel Islands ensuring installations are
delivered to timescales and to budget
Consistent and professional approach to project management disciplines is essential Provision of high-quality project management and reporting services to support the optimum delivery for eac installation.
Actively liaise with all Site Managers and Management Team to facilitate and support effective project delivery and reporting.
Identification and proactive management to resolution of all Project / Programme risks and issues
Provision of high-quality Project Status reporting for each project to the
Management team on a weekly basis.
Provision of high-quality Portfolio Status reporting per client to the Management team on a weekly basis.
Strong commercial understanding of all installations, strong focus on cost discipline at all
times.
Identify and mitigate project risks with an objective of zero snaggings on project completion
Representing the company in a professional and proactive manner in all dealings with
those associated with, and effected by the installations.

Ability to analyse and document project requirements and communicate to the project team
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Experience
