A well-established family owned business recruiting for a Contracts/ Project Manager to manage and grow their industrial & logistical schemes across the North-West.
This business operates in a fast-paced environment and are always looking to continually improve and evolve. They are looking for someone who has experience within a similar role and is able to work with the team in order to achieve the company’s goals.
The Role
* You will have extensive experience managing the delivery of large commercial projects, both refurbishment and build (value up to £35m)
* Experience overseeing 2/3 of projects simultaneously
* You will manage the delivery of schemes within time and to budgets and mange external contractors
* Be required to take the lead on planning applications
* Manage handovers ensuring the teams have all the required information at contracts handovers
* Completing cost planning with the development teams
* Setting up programs to monitor and report against
* Coordinating with contract documents with legal team including JCT, D&B contracts, Warranties & Appointments
Qualifications and Experience
* Ideally a degree in Construction, Surveying or property
* Experienced in the management of commercial schemes and complex industrial
* A skill set to produce delivery of projects without management input
* A detailed understanding of CDM duties for Clients, Principal Designers and Designers
* Full UK Drivers Licence
