Position: Electrical Project Manager

Location: City of London

Pay rate: £300 – £330 per day

Length of contract: 1 Year

Start date: Immediate Start

We are currently working with one of London's leading Electrical Contractors for an Electrical Project Manager and this position is for immediate start.

This is a long term project with strong pipeline of commercial fit out projects within the M&E space – this is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a business with a continuous run of work.

Your responsibilities include giving direction to the sub-contractors, liaising daily with the electrical team, overseeing budgets and programmes, and making sure all health and safety and technical specifications are up to standard.

Compliance with documentation, QA procedures and health and safety

Building relationships with subcontractors, electrical consultants, clients and all internal teams

*

Ensure projects are delivered within budget

*

Regular progression meetings and sharing project updates

*

Helping procurement and commercial teams

*

Oversee all electrical work from start of the project to commissioning

*

SMSTS or SSSTS

*

3+ Years in Electrical Project Management

*

Strong technical knowledge
