The Role

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring commercial control, cost planning, and financial performance. You’ll work closely with project teams to maintain quality standards while meeting programme and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts

*

Managing subcontractor packages from procurement to final account

*

Conducting site visits and valuations

*

Monitoring variations and change management

*

Supporting contract negotiations and risk management

*

Reporting regularly to senior commercial leadership

What We're Looking For

*

5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry

*

Knowledge of refurbishment, restoration, and new build works

*

Experience working with JCT contracts

*

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

*

Professional, team-oriented approach

*

A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
