Senior Revit MEP Coordinator – 9 Month Contract

Hybrid –2 days per week in Bank, London

£37.50 per hour OUTSIDE IR35

Urgent OUTSIDE IR35 requirement for 3 experienced Senior Revit MEP Coordinators to jump on a project for a MEP Contractor on a project in London. The project is a large commercial CAT B Fit Out and is a couple of minutes walk from Bank Tube Station.

You will be able to work at least 3 days remotely from home, the other two days would be based on site either attending meetings alongside the Project Manager or carrying out small surveys based on the model.

The project is on site and is across 9 floors as well as part of the basement. The program says currently this will last around 9 months, however we are expecting it to extend onto other projects with this client.

Licences are provided at the above rate, if you already have your own then this will be covered on top of the rate.
