Architect / Architectural Technician

Our client, a highly respected architectural practice, is looking for a talented Architect or Architectural Technician to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to take full ownership of projects, guiding them from initial client brief through to successful on-site delivery. You’ll be involved in every stage of the RIBA plan of work, including design development, planning submissions, building regulations, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage residential projects independently from concept to completion

*

Produce detailed design and technical packages using AutoCAD

*

Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors

*

Prepare and submit planning and building regulations applications

Skills & Experience

*

Previous experience in a similar role within architecture

*

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)

*

Working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop (desirable)

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
