This project is awarded and about to start initial enabling works hence the need to put the right local long term Project manager in to take the scheme as the lased from initial design through to successful completion

The project is the high-end refurbishment of an existing hotels and spa with communal areas for the residents over the next 12 months .

Reporting to the construction director you will be the on site number 1 responsible for everything from sub-contractor compliance to technical queries and quality checks through to the delivery. initially you will be ensuing the programme and procurement of sub contractors aligns with the high end quality standards of this particular developer who have a high end and recognisable brand .

As the technical and programme lead you will instruct your Site team and deal with the coordination of trades sub-contractors across the scheme. You will also be involved in trying to make mutually beneficial deals with local suppliers to really enhance the kudos of the project over the next 12 months

You will be working with your team who will look to you for the management of the client and technical issues from subcontractors to making the decisions to steer the job on track for a timely delivery with minimum defects.

Dealing with the master program and management of sub-contractors queries you will be the project lead for the duration of the project supported by an expert team of construction and commercial directors enabling you to deliver the project to the expected high standards

Candidates must be to manage and motive teams and sub-contractors senior management team and be driven to deliver the job on time and to budget ,

Requirements

Minimum 5 year's experience in project management within the luxury residential or high-end hospitality sectors.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, ensuring clear alignment and execution.
Proficiency in project management software e.g. Microsoft Office Suite.
A deep understanding of the creative process, time lines, and luxury brand expectations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of precision and professionalism.
