We’re seeking a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to join a well-established contractor known for its professional, collaborative culture and excellent staff retention. This role offers the chance to take ownership of mechanical works, build lasting client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and deliver mechanical works to agreed timescales and quality benchmarks

*

Organise and chair site meetings, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee commissioning activities

*

Manage site documentation, RAMS, and safety checks to maintain compliance

*

Tackle on-site challenges with a proactive, problem-solving approach

✅ What We’re Looking For

SSSTS or SMSTS qualification

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Experience managing mechanical works on site
