About the Role

Keyman Recruitment is working with an established M&E Fit Out Contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality commercial projects across London. Due to continued growth and new project wins, they are now seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee projects valued up to £6M.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong technical background in mechanical and electrical building services who is looking for a long-term career move within a forward-thinking, established contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of M&E projects up to £6M in value.

Manage project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

*

Coordinate mechanical and electrical services, ensuring integration across disciplines.

*

Lead project planning, programming, and cost management.

*

Oversee subcontractor and direct labour performance on site.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.

*

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.

*

Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates.

Key Requirements

✅ Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager within the building services sector.
✅ Strong background in delivering commercial projects.
✅ Experience managing M&E packages up to £6M.
✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
✅ Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
✅ Ability to manage both mechanical and electrical aspects of projects.
