Your new role
Senior Planners required for major construction projects on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk/Norfolk border. As Senior Planner you'll play a pivotal role in delivering expert planning and scheduling support to both pre-construction and project delivery teams, ensuring every phase aligns smoothly and efficiently.

Main duties:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics to track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure cohesive integration of design, procurement, and construction activities within project programmes.
Prepare detailed tender programmes and method statements, and confidently present proposals during settlement meetings.
Lead change management efforts by assessing the impact of variations on project timelines and advising on extensions of time.
Create and manage schedules, and source and evaluate quotations for all time-related preliminaries.
