THE ROLE-
The company takes an individualistic approach to recruitment. As the UK climate continues to rise, so will the demand for our sector. The company will need people managers, account managers, and new business hunters to cope with the increasing demand. This will create development opportunities. The plan is to find people who culturally fit the organisation and have the necessary skill set. We will then write the job spec to optimise the candidate's specific skills whilst helping your development in any areas that need development. The company has three core values, which we will explain on a call.
So your role will change, but in the early days, you will be in the Ringwood office, and some of the tasks you will perform include –
* Appointment setting via telesales and Teams
* Regular and creative use of LinkedIn
* Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a multi-functional role
* Developing relationships through sales support and customer service
* Supporting the sales effort
* Following through on leads and enquiries
* Marketing and lead generation
