The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager / Contracts Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for delivering mechanical packages (HVAC, plant rooms, plumbing, pipework, etc.) across commercial, healthcare, education, and high-end residential projects.

You’ll be the driving force behind project delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance — with the autonomy and authority to make things happen.

What You’ll Do

Lead projects from pre-construction through to handover

Plan, coordinate, and manage subcontractors, labour, and suppliers

*

Oversee budgets, procurement, and reporting, working closely with the commercial team

*

Ensure compliance, H&S, and RAMS (SMSTS/IOSH preferred)

*

Be the face of the company with clients — building trust and repeat business

*

Supervise and mentor engineers, site managers, and subcontractors

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in Mechanical Project / Contracts Management

Solid technical grounding in HVAC & building services

*

Strong track record across multiple sectors (commercial, healthcare, education, resi)

Commercially astute, with sharp procurement & cost-control skills

Leadership ability — someone who can inspire teams and deliver results
