QUANTITY SURVEYOR
POSITION : Quantity Surveyor
SALARY AND BENEFITS : £50 – 65k DOE, car or car allowance, pension, healthcare and bonus.
LOCATION: Commutable from Scunthorpe , Grimsby , Lincoln, Doncaster , Selby , Goole, Hull, Beverley, Driffield
Hybrid working available
THE ROLE : Our client requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of Construction / Engineering projects throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be based in a regional office with occasional site visits to various UK locations. Experience in the building or civils sector is required.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :
* Significant experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction / Engineering sector
* Minimum HNC/HND level qualification in a Construction related subject
* Experience of procuring subcontractors and professional services
* The ability to produce weekly financial forecasts to a high standard
* Experience of dealing with variations
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office is essential
* Preparation of interim applications, submission to the Client’s team by the scheduled date, ensuring valuation certificates are issued on time and taking ownership of receiving payment in accordance with the contract
